Health is not a goal it’s the foundation in which to reach all your goals. Its taking care of your temple, this body God gave you.

Love conquers fear. Forgive people who hurt you, love before being loved, keep believing in the good in people.

Mercy Triumphs of judgment.

Communication is a message being sent and being received as it was sent. In order to do God’s work, we must communicate with others.

When you use your passions to help people you have found purpose with others.

Broken people break others and healthy people bring healing to others. Jesus came for those who were sick.

Anger, addiction, depression, anxiety is not the problem rather symptoms of the problem. Fever, rashes, headaches, pains are no the problem rather symptoms of the problem.

Always be true to yourself and live with a pure heart and clean conscious.

Know who you are and who you are not, your strengths and weaknesses.

Face your fears and be so clear and committed to your goal that you choose to face the fear and do it anyway.

I will be responsible for what I say I’ll do, loyalty to who I say I’ll be with and dedicated to finish what I start with quality work.

Continuous Improvement by gaining Knowledge.
